FM認證熔斷閥概述：

熔斷閥是一種管道的熔斷保護裝置，尤其是針對環境溫度的變化實現自動切斷、液體、溶劑、酒精、有毒液體等潛在危險介質系統中防火的一種閥門保護裝置。

熔斷閥的設計是用于當環境溫度達到設定值時自動切斷或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險介質的管道系統。一旦發生火災或環境超過設定值，熔斷閥將自動終止或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險介質的供應，終止或者降低火災事故所造成的危害。在發生火災時，熔斷閥的熔斷片在達到預設值的時候自動分離，進而驅動閥門頂端的執行器，閥門由常開變成常閉或由常閉變成常開。熔斷閥擁有不同的溫度設置值，可根據項目實際情況，自由選擇，通常，熔斷閥的設定溫度宜大于環境溫度30℃。在自動噴水滅火系統中，是一個非常理想的選擇。另外，熔斷閥在使用過程中只要更換斷掉的熔斷片即可重復使用，從而降低了使用成本。

The design of the fusible valve is used to automatically cut off the pipeline system for liquids, solvents, alcohols, toxic liquids or any other potentially hazardous media when the ambient temperature reaches the set value. In the event of a fire or when the environment exceeds the set value, the fusible valve will automatically terminate the supply of liquids, solvents, alcohols, toxic liquids or any other potentially hazardous media, terminating or reducing the hazards caused by fire accidents. In case of fire, the fuse of the fusible valve automatically separates when reaching the preset value, and then drives the actuator at the top of the valve. The valve changes from normally open to normally closed or from normally closed to normally open. Fusible valves have different temperature setting values. According to the actual situation of the project, you can freely choose. Generally, the set temperature of the fusible valve should be greater than the ambient temperature by 30 °C. It is a very ideal choice in automatic sprinkler systems. In addition, during the use of the fusible valve, it can be reused only by replacing the broken fuse, thereby reducing the use cost.

目前切斷技術通過不斷的引進革新與發展，取得了長足性的進步，但針對或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險介質的高危險性系統中，目前仍普遍使用手動切斷閥，電動或氣動切斷閥。但這些閥門的控制方式，在火災等事故發生過程中，由于環境的特殊性，致使操作人員無法在緊急情況下快速關閉，或因事故現場的惡劣條件無法靠近切斷閥，或造成電動、氣動切斷閥系統功能的損壞，或當切斷閥的線圈意外充電后，自動切斷閥將自動開啟，致使無法起到緊急切斷管道的目的。致使可能造成或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險介質的泄漏，有可能會對實施關閉行為的人員造成一定的人身傷害，或導致無法及時關閉管道進一步擴大事故災害。
